Hi all!!
"Human Rights Advisory Committee (HRAC)" ; good idea we  must support as Human rights become more and more a raising  issue in internet governance ecosystem. Internet access (above all in developing countries) and personal data protection are issues the community must address so as to be more clinical and efficient!
