Thanks for your effort. However, the original "concern" came from the fact that there was not enough people from "the South" on the panel. Typically this means non-European/North American and from developing countries. A governmental rep from Portugal is probably not what these objectors had in mind (especially if Bill is right that this one has not been that supportive of the LDC perspective).
