Hi Edward,

Thanks for this master piece. It's very useful not just because you clearly
enumerated the problems[1] but you also proffered solutions while making
references to contributions from others.

The document generally exceeds the NCSG in terms of view; as it captures
views from other stakeholders. I really think the coordination group could
use this document as a working document to producing the actual proposal.
