I think you have hit on something in your response.



This is not something for the NCSG. However, I'm not opposed to signing on at the constituency level. I've always believed that the SG should be concerned only with ICANN issues but that the Constituencies should have a bit greater latitude to go beyond that.



My suggestion would be to bring this up on the NCUC list and within the NCUC EC. At that level you certainly would have my support.
