Rather than an "attaboy" letter, an open letter to the GAC and board 
expressing our agreement with the contents of the Board's letter would, 
ithink, bemore appropriate. Wherewe disagree with the board we say so, often 
publicly. When we agree with them, we should also say so, publicly. We 
shouldn't have to, and shouldn't, compliment the Board on doing the obvious 
and simple right thing: following their rules. However, we should make it 
clear that we support ICANN acting according to its own rules.
