Attached is the GAC Communique coming out of Toronto. It reads more
like a demand letter - asking ICANN to give-up the multi-stakeholder
model and give all power to GAC to manage the DNS. I hope the ICANN
Board and community have the will and foresight to resist acceding
control to GAC as it demands.
