Removing a director, or the whole darn board, is a blend of ex post 
action and a warning to directors about director behavior.
But it falls well short of the kind of ongoing board accountability that 
is exercised by shareholders in a for-profit organization.
I am NOT suggesting a move to shareholders. We do have to keep the 
ongoing board accountability issue alive in our concerns.
