I've had a small part to play in creating our Dynamic Coalition on
Community Connectivity

since
IGF in Joao Pessoa, and we will have quite a few sessions on the subject,
in the IGF 2016.

I've attached a PDF that lists all of these. On top of the sessions that we
have organised ourselves, there are many others, that are relevant in
"connecting the next billion".

The first DC3-session is on 5.12. (15.00-18.00) and Vint Cerf himself is
coming to open that session. I also have the honor in moderating a session
for Workshop on « Community Connectivity: empowering the unconnected »

that
will take place next *Wednesday*, December 7 from 15:00 to 16:30, in room
2. I hope some people from the NCSG will follow these sessions closely, for
I think it's a big part of the solution against state censorship and our
continuously eroding rights to privacy, as well as increasing robustness of
internet itself. Please join us in connecting the next billion!
