Whereas not a talk on domain policy, I felt it necessary to illustrate
the incomplete stereotype picture Africa has always had among the
ordinary people in developed nations because others (foreigners) tell
our story on our behalf.

It also has a direct bearing on ICANN's perception of Africa, Kenya
and Nairobi.

This post was motivated by "...promotion of the arts.." as stated at
http://www.ncdnhc.org/ +plus wearing Africa Rep NCUC-EC:)

regards,

Alex
