Just came back from Berlin, I jumped immediately on my laptop and connected to the call. 
This type of call needs another context as we know most of the intervenants are native English speakers and forget non-native are on the call. My concern is strait forward : shouldn't the end-user being the one deciding what is made publicly available and at the other hand : is it ICANN's mandate to step into the validation of personal data usage ?
