I second that with enthusiasm.

Carlos is almost my father :) and certainly my guru and mentor. 

Professional competence, leadership and serenity in the debates are his trademarks.

Carlos always has great enthusiasm for everything he does and I am grateful for almost nine years we’re working together. Without disparaging anyone, I believe he is the best representation we can have.
