My .02:

Trust can still be salvaged with NPOC. Although this is unlikely with 
its current 'leadership'. NPOC needs a leadership change to give 
inter-constituency relations a fresh start. We should not fall for the 
divisive traps that NPOC's current leadership has set up and focus on 
trying to hear out some other NPOC members. And we should do it with 
non-prejudiced ears (or eyes).
