Many thanks. We  must fight for a charge at the end of his fourth term, but it 
is not going to be an easy battle as he may has developed very strong roots.

He was appointed in November 2004. According to the ICANN Bylaws, the Ombudsman 
is appointed for renewable 2-year terms, which means that he will be up for a 
4th renewal at the end of this year (2010).
