We just got a really good statement from the GAC on the whole 
transparency of SOIs.  Kudos to our Manju Chen for steering this 
difficult group exercise.  Support from GAC on refining the definition 
of solicitor-client privilege would have been welcome a tad earlier, but 
better late than never!
