.... It will be interesting to see how ICANN tries to spin Article 29 WP's latest letter telling the organization its proposed RAA policy violates the data protection rights of European Internet users.  Also of interest is the Art29WP concern for a private corporation like ICANN being used to collect information on Internet users for "law enforcement" purposes - part of the growing trend of using the Internet's infrastructure to keep track of people's activities.
