There is some concern over the .sucks consumer advocate subsidized
domain names, which can only point to the everything.sucks consumer
advocacy forum platform (both owned by VOX Populi). VOX Populi has not
provided any details around the terms-of-use of the individual consumer
hosted forum discussion website. This will be a particular concern to
not-for-profit and civil society advocacy groups.

Also, least anyone think that the .sucks roll out will be event free,
the new gTLD .sucks is raising concerns within that unruly group called
the U.S. Congress in the U.S., as well as over using video of Martin
Luther King Jr, and paid endorsements by Ralph Nader, in its marketing
campaigns. The flavor of this .sucks pudding will not be in the
declarations or the pre-roll out assessments. It will be in what happens
with the roll out. More than just the IP crowd and those inside ICANN
are watching. It was probably a good defensive move (and tax advantage)
for VOX Populi to register in the Cayman Islands.
