Hi Mawaki, this is not the first proposal of its kind for NCUC (I recall
we have paid fees to Kathryn Kleiman, maybe others?) and I find it quite
interesting. Issues we deal with are just too complex and demand
extensive time from all of us volunteers usually with no time to spare.
So we end up relying on a good and competent soul which can find the
time to provide input and insight.

It of course depends on available income from our budget, and if it
becomes a sort of regular practice, would require planning regarding
which lines of research/consultancy we would like to fund in each
particular "conjuntura". Also would be good to estimate
hourly/monthly/per product values we would find reasonable to pay.

fraternal regards
