Dear All: 

I've received a response from ICANN with respect to the streaming and I am told that ICANN is trying its best to create a long term link for conference call streaming to ease the listen-in process. I am told that it should be ready for the next conference call which is scheduled for Wed Feb 16 at 2pm UTC.  Meanwhile silent observers are able to use the dial-in details which are publicly available in the WHOIS RT archives.
