Unfortunately some of these characters that claim being representative are actually no such thing and only represent a minuscule group of people with specific interests that got into the ICANN ecosystem to milk the organization. 

The attachments are not very strong evidence of substantial research and analysis with facts besides geographical information, they are just a bad collection of rhetoric statements.
