Today is the 2nd day of this event, and somewhat unusually for an ITU event
the focus is solely on topics like human rights, IXP development,
multistakeholderism, and Internet Governance. High level ISOC participants
include Raúl Echeberría and Shernon Osepa.

implementation in the Region, its benefits, future projects, the role of
the regulator, the necessity of international and/or regional
