Hi

Not to presume to give others work, but if a couple of the expert folks here who have had time to plough through the report could provide just a few bullet talking points on main problem areas for the bandwidth challenged among us who’ll be encountering Boardies and other species in London, that would be really helpful.  A formal and more considered written intervention could come later.
