The GNSO Planning group is now talking about the implementation of the
new bicameral voting structure as early as January 2009. This might -
note I say, MIGHT, it is uncertain - require us to elect more than two
GNSO Councilors in our upcoming elections. This is an interesting
complication. Once again, it highlights the need for additional
volunteers.
