CPH would like to discuss the topics below:

The CPH looks forward to working together with the community in a
constructive and collaborative manner to develop the groundwork for
potential future policy work. We acknowledge the NCSG submitted the
following observations during the public comment period with respect to the
new contract obligations. Among these topics were: the change of
terminology from DNS Security Threats to DNS Abuse, the inclusion of Spam
as delivery mechanism, and the open-ended nature of the mitigation measures.

Keeping these specific issues in mind, under what circumstances will you
consider that the Amendments were successful? What metrics in your opinion
will need to be collected to determine success?

More broadly, a year from now, what are your expectations regarding the
impact of the new contract obligations?

Best regards,

Farzaneh
