I've had a long discussion with Alex and I am most flattered by this.  
Thank you. Unfortunately I'm committed over the coming year to assist  
ISOC-ZA to rejuvenate the chapter so I don't believe that I will be  
able to do this position justice, my apologies :)

Both Alex and I agree to nominate Baudouin as the Africa representative.
