Excellent point +1 Stephanie! its so important to find the right balance of
retaining experience and knowledge and at the same time providing
opportunities for eager newcomers to get more involved. That way we allow
for growth of persons, diversity of views and by extension strengthen the
Constituency. Hence I thoroughly support newcomers throwing their
respective hats in the ring and getting more involved.
