As, by virtue of my role as ISOC livestreamer-in-residence, the most
prolific poster on ISOC lists, I have long campaigned for there to be a
(opt in) general announcements list, not just for Chapters but for members
too. In MemberNova there was at least an 'Open Forum' community, but even
that has been done away with the move to Fonteva.
