Again, she is very good and supportive of development concerns in ICANN, IGF etc, but she's from the North and has not been an advocate of a G77-style position on intergovernmentalism.  That profile is already on the panel.  Please let's discuss possible speakers off list and coordinate any outreach to avoid further awkwardness.
