Hello,

maybe to explain the context, there are several studies about Whois
requested by GNSO.
There are already some discussion about the first one  about proxy services
http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/whois-pp-abuse-study-24sep13-en.htm.
NCSG always advocated about importance of privacy  and data protection
regarding whois . So we will probably have to respond to the public comment
about this study and we should be ready to do so

 the deadline is for 27th Dec.
The best is to have our ad hoc group of members involved on Whois related
WG reviewing the study but also getting participation from other members of
NCSG . anybody who would like to volunteer :)?
