Hi Joly,
Sorry to hear you've had problems in the past. It's been my experience
that, in most cases, these problems are easily resolved with a little
troubleshooting.
There are few simple pages I would recommend visiting (or you can skip
straight to step 2):
1. An overview of getting ready to use Elluminate. <

to see that your equipment meets the minimum requirements <
http://elluminate.com/support/min_requirements.jsp> or visit the knowledge
base <http://elluminate.com/support-portal> if you have a specific question.
2. You should then test your machine to see if you have the latest version
of Java installed <http://elluminate.com/support/>. Following this page, you
will also have an opportunity to actually open a test Elluminate session,
where you can configure your audio settings, etc. so you're ready to go the
next time you join a meeting.
