All,
I wanted to confirm that our NCUC comments on the .TEL proposal were timely
submitted. If you would like to see the comments, as well as a terrific
response to the Business Constituency, International Trademark Association and IP
Constituencies objections by the head of TELNIC, the comments are posted at:
            _http://forum.icann.org/lists/telnic-whois-proposal/_
(http://forum.icann.org/lists/telnic-whois-proposal/)

Best,
Kathy
p.s. I changed "Catch-22" to "no-win"

Thanks so much, Kathy! Does anyone object to putting in these comments on
behalf of NCUC?

Thanks, Kathy, I fully support the intent, but I have one small reservation
on the text: I do not understand "catch22" and I would appreciate to replace
it with simple, generally understandable language - understandable also by
those who are weak in the English language.

Norbert
