thanks. glad there is a good statement.
I agree with Norbert re the still relevant "digital divide" .....
Although that's really an unfortunate title-- as if all that was needed was
some sort of bridge or link.
Even here in the "first world".  Just try to get on line at the George
Bruce Library on 125 st in Harlem and see how long it takes to open an
email. (After waiting up to an hour to even get on one of their ancient
PCs.)
It's really about time.
That "divide" is a chasm.
